Our commitment
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. We design with keyboard navigation, screen readers, color contrast and reduced motion in mind.
Accessibility tools on this site
Use the accessibility button in the corner of every page to:
- Increase or decrease text size.
- Switch to high contrast or dark reading mode.
- Underline links, use a more readable font and increase text spacing.
- Pause animations, switch to grayscale and enlarge the cursor.
Known limitations
Some third-party content, such as embedded maps, may not be fully accessible. We are working with providers to improve this.
In the cafés
Pine Street and Winooski have step-free entrances. Church Street is step-free through the south marketplace door. All three have accessible restrooms, and Church Street has changing tables in both. Menus are available in large print at every counter, and staff are happy to read the board aloud or carry a tray to your table.
