Breakfast and lunch run every day. Brunch is Saturday and Sunday at Church Street. The bakery case empties as it empties, and the espresso bar never stops.

Our kitchen and bakery bench are not gluten free or nut free. Tell the counter about an allergy and we will tell you honestly what we can and cannot promise.
Breakfast
The weekday morning menu: eggs cooked to order, a hash we have made the same way since 2014, and sandwiches built on our own English muffins.

All plates come with a slice of our sourdough or half a morning bun.
Maple hash plate★

Buttermilk pancakes

Vermont scramble

Cornmeal waffle

A longer, richer menu for the two days a week nobody is in a hurry. Brunch takes over the whole kitchen from 8 am until the last ticket at 2 pm.

Lunch leans on the bakery. Every sandwich sits on bread that came out of our own oven that morning, and the soups change twice a day.

Bakery counter
Two bakers, one deck oven and a laminator. Everything in the case was made in this building within the last eighteen hours.
Laminated
Baked at 4:40 am and again at 10:15. When they are gone they are gone.
Butter croissant★

Morning bun★
$5Croissant dough, orange zest, cinnamon sugar, rolled and baked in a tin.
Cardamom knot

Bread, baked daily
Loaves come out at 9:30. Reserve one at the counter and we hold it until 2 pm.
Country sourdough
$918-hour bulk ferment, dark crust, 900g loaf.
Seeded rye

Milk bread pullman
$8Soft, square, makes the best toast in town.
Coffee & drinks
One roaster, two single origins, and a house blend we have not changed in four years. The grinder gets dialled in three times a day.

Oat, almond and whole milk at no extra charge.

Pick something and pre-order
Order ahead and your bag goes on the pickup shelf inside the front door with your name on it. Hot food takes eight to twelve minutes.
Sample pricing. Pickup is ready in 8 to 12 minutes at all three cafés.
