This is the package we send out most often, usually to an office on Main Street at 8:15 in the morning. It travels well, needs no equipment, and everything on it can sit for two hours without suffering.
The pastry is whatever the bakers made that morning, which means it is never the same box twice. If you need it to be identical every week, tell us and we will lock the selection.

Everything on the board comes out of the oven between 4:40 and 6:00 am the day of your meeting.

A driver carries it in, sets the board, starts the coffee and leaves. We come back for the airpots that afternoon.
