The room
Winooski opened in 2023 in a corner unit off the rotary with twenty-six seats and a window bar that looks down at the falls. It is the smallest of the three and the fastest, built around a morning rush that arrives between 7:15 and 8:45 and then more or less evaporates.
The whole bakery case comes over from Church Street at 6:10 every morning in a van. Breakfast sandwiches, lunch sandwiches and the full coffee menu are made here.
